I am logged into your portal, and it shows each product's serial # and says " There is no activation for this license".
When buying a plugin license, you can authorise it on 3 computers at a time. When a licensed is authorised on a computer, it is activated on this computer. You can later choose to deactivate the license on this computer if you need to authorise a different computer, or if you need a refund.
An activation, is a sort of license authorisation token. So when you read that "There is no activation for this license", it does not mean that your license does not work, it only means that you still haven't used any of you 3 activations.
To activate a plugin on a machine, you just need to launch the plugin in your DAW, be connected to the internet, an paste in the serial number your received from us which has this format :
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
