In the LunchTable plugin, most midi notes are mapped to built-in patterns. Of course you can also trig one-shot samples.
The one-shot samples from the pads are triggered to the 12 lowest midi notes. Depending how your DAW represents them, it can be from C-2 to B-2 (in Ableton Live), or from C-1 to B-1 (in Reaper).
If you are trying to play these one-shots from a midi controller, you need to make sure the incoming midi notes are ranging from 0 to 11. Using a midi pitch shifter prior to the plugin can help lower the pitch range in case your controller doesn't let you send these low notes.
